The loss rapper, entrepreneur and community activist Nipsey Hussle affected us all, from fans to close friends and family. The outpouring support which followed the “Double Up” rapper’s tragic death demonstrates the love and respect people had for him. On this Easter Sunday, a tradition known to embody the celebration love, family and friendship, those close to the late rapper took it to social media to mourn their recent loss.
Actress Lauren London and former girlfriend Nipsey Hussle recently shared a photo their bond, recapitulating on how much she misses her lover. Following closely, LA-native and rapper The Game, who remains vocal about the tremendous pain he still feels following the loss a great friend, shared a heartfelt post honoring Nipsey’s memory as well. Next up, rapper YG joined in with a shared post, calling out the ache felt surrounding Nipsey’s physical lack there this Easter. The words “I still don’t understand” are emphasized and indeed ring true, as, for many us, the death the rapper still feels surreal.
