Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne has stored his promise. The self-proclaimed “Greatest Rapper Alive” pulled via this week to ficially announce his long-awaited Tha Carter V album launch.
On Tuesday, Wayne went to his social media channels to formally announce his new solo album is dropping on his birthday this Thursday, September 27.
Earlier within the day, Wayne promised to ship some large information at 5 PM.
Just a few days in the past, buzz developed about Wayne not dropping a highly-anticipated Tha Carter V album.
Final week, Cool & Dre producer Cool confirmed his involvement on Tha Carter V.
