Tekashi 6ix9ne on Deck: Latest Tr3yway To Be Sentenced Gets The Most Time

Aaron "Bat" Young was one the dozen Nine Treys charged in the racketeering case made notorious by Tekashi 6ix9ine.

He pleaded guilty in April and today he was given the harshest sentence the Feds have doled out to the fallen crew, picking up 20 years.

Young, 38, partnered with Kristian "CEO Kris" Cruz (who, like 6ix9ine, was a cooperating witness) to sling fentanyl for the Blood set.

He was also accused shooting his fellow Tr3yway Shane "Snow Billy" Hardy in the neck in January 2018. Hardy survived the point-blank attack.

Cruz explained why Young tried to kill Snow Billy during Young's trial.

"In the recording you hear Snow talking about how he wanted to have his cousins pretend to be police ficers and kidnap me. Then he said that he wanted to kill Mel Murda, a whole bunch stuff. He said that he had to shoot him."

Young's attorney had asked for leniency because Bat only has a 63 IQ and had suffered sexual abuse at the hands family members. That didn't seem to work.

Tekashi 6ix9ine will be the next Nine Trey sentenced when he goes to court on December 18. The expectation is he will get time served for his diligent government work.  If he does, he will have served about a year.
