Cuse’s Jim Boeheim concerned in deadly automotive accident
Syracuse head basketball coach Jim Boeheim was reportedly behind the wheel a automotive that struck and killed a person strolling on Interstate 690 late Wednesday night, based on reports.
Boeheim, 74, had coached the Orange to a 69-49 victory towards Louisville on the Provider Dome earlier Wednesday night time.
Per ESPN
“DA Invoice Fitzpatrick instructed the station (WSYR) that the person was outdoors his automotive on Interstate 690 after being concerned in one other unrelated accident as a result of unhealthy climate. Boeheim’s automotive struck the person round midnight.”
In response to reports, Boeheim is cooperating with the investigation, and no proof alcohol or medicine was detected. He was reportedly touring on the correct pace for the freeway when the deadly accident occurred.
