Suge also reportedly says that Cardi B is “Tupac with a skirt.”

We all know that he was the victim a drive-by shooting in 1996; we’ve seen the bullet-ridden vehicle that he was riding in and a decent amount people close to the situation have spoken out. However, the actual circumstances his passing are still layered with so much mystery. Theorists around the world wonder every day if the rapper is still alive and hiding out somewhere in Cuba or Malaysia and Suge Knight’s son seems to be the one leading those rumours. According to The Sun, Suge Knight claims that a few weeks before his murder, Pac had actually spoken to him about faking his own death. While this information should be taken with a grain salt, the former music executive says the conversation was had in Hawaii. “We was in Maui, you know what I mean, and Pac had, like, never been to Maui. And he got to talking about faking his own death,” said Suge. “And Pac was more down for doing, like, the last little videos and shit him dying all in the white, you know what I’m saying.”

The claims surely have a connection to Tupac’s video “I Ain’t Mad At Cha,” which was filmed shortly before the drive-by shooting. In the upcoming doc, Suge Knight also speaks about the current state the music industry, saying that Cardi B is the closest thing we have today to Tupac. “Cardi B is probably the most aggressive entertainer in the biz today,” he said. “And I think she’s the female version Tupac. Tupac with a skirt. Yeah.”

Suge’s son previously claimed that Pac is still alive, working with him in the studio and teasing new music.
