Logic Announces Retirement with Final Album ‘No Pressure’

Logic is hanging up the mic.

The prolific rapper has announced that he is retiring following the release his next album, No Pressure, which is set to arrive July 24. The project finds him reuniting with executive producer No I.D., who produced Logic’s 2014 debut Under Pressure.

“Officially announcing my retirement with the release No Pressure executive produced by No I.D. July 24th,” tweeted the Maryland MC.

Logic plans to focus on fatherhood. Last year, he announced that he was expecting a baby boy with fiancée Brittney Noell. “It’s been a great decade. Now it’s time to be a great father,” he added.

Logic has released five albums throughout his career including 2014’s Under Pressure, 2015’s The Incredible True Story, 2017’s Everybody, 2018’s YSIV, and Confessions a Dangerous Mind, which debuted at No. 1 in May 2019.

Featuring production from No I.D. and 6IX, No Pressure marks a full circle moment for Logic, making the music he loves with “no pressure.”
