Warner Recorded Music has tapped Linkin Park co-founder Mike Shinoda to serve as community innovation advisor. In the “first-of-its-kind post,” Shinoda will “help shape the company’s artist-centric approach to Web3.”

Warner Music South East Europe has selected six-year WMG team member Izabela Ciszek-Podziemska as its first general manager.

ASM Global has named 16-year company veteran Charles Beirne general manager of the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.

Live Nation has hired former WME agent Maria Lanao as Latin talent buyer for the northeast.

Ryan Williams-Reid, formerly a sync executive with Sentric Music, has joined Voly as client relationship manager.
Believe
Former Sky Tickets higher-up Alex Kennedy is now Believe’s UK managing director.
WK Records
WK Records has made three promotions, elevating former Warner Music exec Pierina Jatem to artist strategy and marketing director, Anita Tillero to creative director, and former Roc Nation marketing professional Kearie Reyes to director of sales and digital marketing.
Republic Records
Former Warner Music attorney Danielle Price has become EVP of Republic Records.
WME
Nine-year WME country agent Brian Jones has been promoted to partner at the Endeavor subsidiary’s Nashville office, while Lindsey Dodge, Kevin Falck, Adam Fisher, and Moira McCravey have been upped to country agents.
Additionally, Kari Kronsbein is WME Nashville’s new HR manager, Dylan Zenga has formally started as business affairs executive, and Carlile Willett is officially coordinator for country.
Finally, Stefanie Billue has been hired as tour marketer, and Kara Lusk has signed on to handle external relations for country.
Capitol Christian Music Group
Phil Thornton, formerly SVP and general manager for Sony Music’s RCA Inspiration, has joined Capitol Christian Music Group as its first SVP.
Spotify
Nearly five-year Spotify head of studios and video Courtney Holt is reportedly preparing to exit the company.
Warner Music Nashville
Elsewhere in the WMG empire, longtime Warner Music Nashville chairman and CEO John Esposito is now preparing to move into an ’emeritus’ position, part of a top-level succession plan according to emerging reports. Current executive vice presidents Ben Kline and Cris Lacy are expected to fill Esposito’s shoes in a dual capacity.
