Warner Music Nashville

Warner Music Nashville has announced the promotion of EVP and general manager Ben Kline and EVP of A&R Cris Lacy, who are now co-presidents.

20-year Warner Music veteran John Esposito, for his part, will transition from Warner Music Nashville’s chairman and CEO to chairman emeritus in 2023.

FiXT

FiXT has hired Ninety9Lives CEO and former Songtradr director of owned music Heather Johnson as label manager.

Live Nation

Live Nation’s Latin touring team has added Univision veteran Daryivett Romo (director of Latin tour marketing), former Universal Music exec Katrina Rodriguez (manager of Latin tour marketing), six-year iHeartMedia higher-up Stephanie Rodriguez (Latin tour marketing coordinator), and Walt Disney Company vet Nadia Hernandez (director of Latin communications).

Snap

Maaliq Joseph, formerly with Warner Music and CAA, has joined Snap as music artist partnerships manager.

Psyko Steve Presents

Psyko Steve Presents has upped 10-year team member Jeff Taylor to general manager.

TuneCore

TuneCore has elevated Jason Allen, who joined the Believe subsidiary in 2018, to senior director of infrastructure operations.

PRS for Music

PRS for Music’s members’ council has added Hannah Peel as a writer, while Tom Gray, Crispin Hunt, and Philip Pope have been reelected.

Additionally, the organization has revealed newly elected publisher members Nigel Gilroy (of Wise Music), Daniel Lang (Warner Chappell), John Minch (Concord), and Richard Paine (Faber Music).

Warner Music Canada

18-year Universal Music Canada employee Madelaine Napoleone has signed on as Warner Music Canada’s VP of marketing.

Move Concerts

Tiago Maia (formerly with DC Set Group) is now managing director for Move Concerts Brazil.

Apple Music

Apple Music has enlisted former ADA managing director Juan Paz to serve as its global head of Latin music business.

Epic Records/Sony Music Entertainment

Sony Music’s Epic has promoted former Roc Nation communications director Ayanna Wilks to VP of publicity, in addition to rehiring Natalie Geday (who previously worked for Epic for three years) in the same role.

Goldenvoice

Melissa Ormond has been named COO of Goldenvoice, a position she’ll hold while remaining COO of festivals for the promoter’s AEG Presents parent company.

NFL

The National Football League has tapped longtime NFL Network higher-up Seth Dudowsky to head its music division.

Recording Academy

The Recording Academy has “elected 19 new leaders of diverse backgrounds and disciplines to add to its 2022-23 National Board of Trustees.”

These newly elected persons are Yolanda Adams, NBCUniversal president of music and publishing Mike Knobloch, producer Chuck Ainlay, Alex E.
