UMPG

Universal Music Publishing Group has promoted Lillia Parsa to SVP of A&R.


Warner Music Mexico

Nearly six-year WMG veteran Alejo Mejia is set to start as Warner Music Mexico’s VP of A&R strategy in the new year.

Plus, 20-year WMG team member Miguel Vela will serve as VP of marketing and strategy as well as general manager for Central America starting in 2022.

ICMP

Warner Chappell exec Daniel Lang has joined ICMP’s board.

Kobalt Music veteran Christine Belden has signed on as Warner Chappell’s first VP, global head of film, TV, and media music.

Symphonic Distribution

Symphonic has brought on former SoundExchange higher-up Ali Lieberman as VP of product.

Round Hill Records

Round Hill Records has hired former WMG (and Rhino Entertainment) exec Brian Hay as head of catalog.

UTA

Former CAA and WME agent Matthew Morgan has become co-head of UTA’s Nashville office, which has also welcomed longtime agent Buster Phillips.

UTA has likewise announced the addition of music agents Emily LaRose, Marissa Smith, and Elisa Vazzana at its Nashville headquarters. Amy Lynch is now an agent in UTA’s comedy-touring division.

Lastly, UTA has enlisted former WME and CAA employee Brandi Brammer to serve as senior HR business partner, with 10-year CAA brand-partnerships professional Emily Wright beginning as a music brand partnerships agent.

Slip.stream

Slip.stream has tapped former Royalty Exchange CEO Anthony Martini to serve as chief music officer and partner.

WIN

As part of “a strategic restructure,” the 15-year-old Worldwide Independent Network has promoted Noemí Planas from network-development director to general manager. Plus, two-year WIN employee Denis Simms has become membership and projects manager.

VNUE

StageIt founder Evan Lowenstein will join VNUE’s board “at the closing of the acquisition of that company.”

ADA Worldwide

Warner Music’s ADA Worldwide has hired former UMG exec Samantha May Juneman as head of marketing and services.

Additionally, former DistroKid product-innovation lead Andrea Slobodien is ADA’s new SVP of product and integration, and former DistroKid product-operations lead Ty Teixeira has joined ADA as VP of operations and integrations.
