DJ Khaled to Perform on ‘SNL’ Finale

DJ Khaled has a MAJOR announcement.

The We the Best mogul will make his debut as musical guest on the season finale “Saturday Night Live” on May 18 with host Paul Rudd, it was announced today.

This marks Khaled’s first appearance on the late-night show. Expect some major guest stars to join him on stage during his performances, which will air one day after the release his 11th studio album Father Asahd on May 17.

“They 🚷 said I would never do SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE …so I’m doing SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE !!” said Khaled. “Not only am I doing Saturday Night Live … I’m doing the season finale MAY 18!! #FANLUV IM UP TO SOMETHING! I got some BIG surprises!”

The album, his first since 2017’s Grateful, is expected to feature big-name collaborations with Cardi B, Chris Brown, Travis Scott, Big Sean, Post Malone, John Legend, and the late Nipsey Hussle. Khaled also recently went in front the lens to shoot a video for a new collaboration with SZA.

Before Khaled takes the “SNL” stage, Shawn Mendes will perform on May 4 and the Jonas Brothers will serve as musical guest on the May 11 episode.
