XXXTentacion’s Half-Brother Sues Mother for $11 Million Over Estate

Two years since XXXTentacion’s death, there’s family drama brewing over his estate.

The late rapper’s half-brother, Corey Pack, is suing XXX’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, accusing her stealing. Jodi Kavney, the mother XXX’s half-brother, claims Cleopatra stole millions dollars from her son’s trust, money the late rapper set aside for Corey.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jodi, who’s suing on behalf Corey, says XXX left behind over $50 million in assets, including a trust that lists Corey as one three beneficiaries. She claims 50 percent was supposed to go to Cleopatra, 25 percent to XXX’s brother, Aiden Kerr, and the remaining 25 percent to Corey.

In her lawsuit, Jodi claims Cleopatra cut Corey out his portion the estate by making a deal with XXX’s baby mama. Jodi is now suing to recover assets she claims were “improperly and surreptitiously transferred” by Cleopatra to herself.

She is seeking $11 million in damages and that amount could triple if she’s able to prove it was intentional. She also claims Corey is entitled to ownership rights to XXX’s record label, Bad Vibe Entities.

Jodi’s attorney originally sent a demand letter to Cleopatra for the $11 million but it was reportedly ignored, so she decided to take it to court.

XXXTentacion, born Jahseh Onfroy, was shot and killed in June 2018 as he was leaving a motorcycle dealership in Pompano Beach, Fla. A grand jury indicted four men on first-degree murder and armed robbery charges in connection with the crime.
