XXXTENTACION’s baby mama is trying to establish paternity but the late rapper’s mother is trying to prevent it.
XXXTENTACION’s mother is trying to put the late rapper’s baby mother’s request for a DNA sample to a halt. According to the Blast, Cleopatra Bernard demanded that the petition filed by Jenesis Sanchez be dismissed.

Jenesis Sanchez filed documents requesting to obtain a DNA sample from XXXTENTACION in order to establish paternity for their child Gekyume in XXXTENTACION’s estate. Reasons behind Bernard’s attempt to prevent Sanchez from obtaining DNA samples aren’t clear since the documents are sealed.
Sanchez initially filed petitions to prove that X was indeed the father her child. In documents she filed to the court, she said that she and X lived together and had “sexual relations during the time that Gekyume was conceived from February 19 through June 18, 2018, the day the Decedent’s death.” She further explained that she and X weren’t married and while no one has disputed that he’s the father Gekyume, she just wants concrete evidence over the paternity.
XXXTENTACION’s mother has been the head his estate since his death. She was even the one that ended up revealing that X had a child on the way and shared the first photos baby Gekyume.
In other X-related news, Bernard recently teased an upcoming collaboration with her late son featuring Stefflon Don and Vybz Kartel. There hasn’t been a release date for it set yet but we could assume it might be coming soon.
