Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Co-Defendant Is Going to Trial Just To Force 6ix9ine To Testify

Anthony "Harv" Ellison is one only two defendants in the Fed's case against Tekashi 6ix9ine and the 9 Treys who has yet to plead guilty.

Ellison is accused kidnapping and robbing 6ix9ine during a notorious inside job incident last July.

According to his lawyer, Ellison's motivation for his day in court is to get 6ix9ine to take the stand and make the accusation himself.

"Anthony Ellison is going to trial," Deveraux Cannick told reports outside court today. "The only motive he has for a trial]: if Tekashi's the one making the accusation, he wants to say, prove it. Tekashi has mastered the art marketing, trolling, and, for lack a better word, fabricating."

Cannick then called out 6ix9ine for changing his story.

"Did he say Ellison was involved] when he first came to the world? No, he didn't," Cannick continued. "The only thing that they're going after Ellison on is the so-called robbery and kidnapping Tekashi."

6ix9ine's reason for wanting to avoid the stand is two-fold.

First, the troll rapper wouldn't want direct evidence snitchery on public display.

Second, 6ix9ine's lawyers believe that if all his co-defendants take pleas there's a solid chance 6ix9ine will be allowed to go home when he next appears in court in early 2020, catching a huge break from what could have been a 47-year sentence.  Any sort trial could delay that.
