On to the next!

A few days back news broke that Steve Harvey is going to be replaced as the host on Little Big Shots by Melissa McCarthy. “Melissa’s just an incredible performer and incredible comedian,” NBC’s co-chairman entertainment Paul Telegdy said in a statement, adding that the actress, “will bring a completely fresh perspective to it.”

During a taping Steve’s self-titled talk show, he addressed the audience the news, looking and sounding very optimistic about the change in his schedule with his wife rallying him on as she shared the special clip to Instagram.

“This is good, though, man. You gotta understand how it works,” he said told his fans.

“See, your life ain’t nothing but a book. I happen to be 62-years-old. I am in the middle my 62nd chapter… Had some good chapters, had some bad chapters. Had some chapters that lasted a little bit longer than I wanted to. That homeless chapter way too long, … But in this 62nd chapter, I got my finger on the corner the page. All I’m doing is I’m about to turn it. I can’t wait to see what God got for me on that other page.”

The audience was full cheers and Marjorie captioned the clip, “So proud you baby! Let’s go do this.”
