Fellow Love & Hip-Hop Star, Brittney Taylor, claims Remy Ma assaulted her.
Remy Ma has found herself in some trouble. The rapper was accused punching Love & Hip Hop’s Brittney Taylor backstage at Pretty Lou’s Benefit Concert earlier this month. Now, the alleged victim, Brittney Taylor, seems to be readying a lawsuit against Remy.

According to TMZ, Brittney Taylor has requested that the venue and the police preserve the video evidence the alleged altercation with Remy Ma which seems to be a strong indication that she’s preparing to take the rapper to court. Taylor alleges that Remy Ma clocked her in the right eye after a verbal dispute backstage. Taylor later filed a police report after seeking treatment for her injuries.
Although no charges have been filed, nor arrests made, police did confirm last week that an investigation was underway. Sources close to Remy have stated that there’s no validity in Remy’s claims.
Taylor previously took to social media to reveal the injuries she sustained from the alleged attack.
Although Remy hasn’t commented on the situation, Taylor told her side the story after reports emerged. She said that the incident stemmed from an altercation over Remy Ma’s step-daughter.
“What happened with me and Dej in Miami is I saved her—I saved her life, and Remy] got aggressive when Brittany told her at Irving],” she said. “She was like, ‘That’s not what I heard,’ and she punched me in the face.”
“I just don’t feel like it’s okay for people to put their hands on someone that’s not being malicious to them, that’s being genuine,” she added.
