Oprah Winfrey Teams With Prince Harry For Apple Docu-Series On Mental Health

A few weeks ago, Apple held a major event to announce the arrival some exciting new services. The biggest takeaway from the announcements was the fact that a streaming service called Apple TV+ will be launching soon with tons exclusive content. Apple managed to nail down some heavy hitters with Jennifer Aniston, Jason Momoa, Reese Witherspoon, and more all signing on to star in Apple content. Oprah Winfrey is also producing several series for the service and one them has just been unveiled as a collaboration with Prince Harry, focusing on mental health.

As reported by Engadget, Oprah and Prince Harry are co-executive producing the series, which will be arriving on the platform in 2020. The documentary will focus on mental health and mental wellness, with people all backgrounds fighting back against mental obstacles that they face on a regular basis. In a statement, Prince Harry said: “Our hope is that this series will be positive, enlightening and inclusive – sharing global stories unparalleled human spirit fighting back from the darkest places, and the opportunity for us to understand ourselves and those around us better.”

The duo has been working on the project for months, developing it from the ground up and ensuring that it will serve as a positive reminder for people to take good care themselves. Will you be watching?
