Nipsey Hussle’s Family Claims Mother Is Unfit to Care for Daughter

Nipsey Hussle’s family continues to fight for custody his daughter Emani.

The rapper’s brother and sister are making a case as to why Tanisha Foster, the biological mother Nipsey’s 10-year-old daughter, is not a fit parent. Sources tell TMZ that his family’s lawyers think they can win the custody battle for Emani by showing Foster’s track record with her two other children.

Foster’s 18-year-old daughter is reportedly in juvenile detention for petty theft, and has been in and out the system since the age 12. Nobody will come forward to claim her, including Tanisha.

Despite being legal age, the detention center won’t release her because she doesn’t have a GED or a stable home environment. Tanisha has allegedly been absent for most her daughter’s life and has refused to attend her court hearings.

Foster also has a 17-year-old son who moves around from home to home and doesn’t attend school regularly.

Nipsey’s family claims this is pro that Foster isn’t qualified to care for Emani. The family also believes Foster is unstable due to her prior criminal record, which includes arrests in 2006 and 2007.

Emani is currently living with Nipsey’s sister, Samantha, who retained custody her after a hearing last month, much to Foster’s dismay. Another court date is scheduled for July.
