Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill doesn’t want his fate to rest in Judge Genece Brinkley‘s hands. The hip-hop artist’s legal team appeared in court this week to take aim at the judge and hopefully removed from Meek’s case.
According to reports, Meek’s attorneys took action Tuesday (March 20) to make a request about Brinkley having too much invested interest in the rap star to fairly sentence him.
Meek’s attorney also took action Monday (March 19) in hopes having him released while he awaits an upcoming hearing appearance.
A few days ago, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner made headlines for not opposing Meek Mill’s attempt to get out jail on bail.
Last weekend, Atlanta rapper 21 Savage shared some supportive Meek words.
