“If they legalize that whole thang, they doing weed next cocaine, niggas ain’t gone have no jobs and Wall Street gone run the dope game…what a nigga gone do?” – Me (“NGL” Drogas Light) Actually….Cocaine is used by health care pressionals and hospitals to temporarily numb the lining the mouth, nose, and throat (mucous membranes) before certain medical procedures (e.g., biopsy, stitches, wound cleaning). It is an anesthetic that works quickly to numb the area about 1-2 minutes after application. Cocaine also causes blood vessels to narrow, an effect that can decrease bleeding and swelling from the procedure. They already been kinda running it but still…. This makes me happy though. For various reasons most people won’t understand so I’ll keep the reasons to myself. #Popeyes
