When artists appear at award shows to perform, they usually perform a song or two, but not Lil Wayne.
During a recent appearance at the 2018 AVN Awards, Weezy put on a mini-concert, performing nine his biggest hits. While most the set featured the rapper on stage alone, once Wayne got to "Pop That" and "The Motto," he found himself surrounded by porn stars.
The Louisiana rapper kicked f his set with "I'm Going In" before switching to "Got Money." Wayne then performed a medley his bangers including "6 Foot 7 Foot," "Lollipop," "A Milli" and "Mrs. Officer."
Once Weezy got to "Pop That," the rapper told the crowd he needed some help and had a team twerkers escort the porn stars to the stage. With more then 30 women dancing all around him, Tunechi could barely move as he rapped.
"Thank you! Thank you, oh my God!" Wayne said as he admired the women around him.
Ahead his performance, the rapper was praised by AVN President Tony Rios. “Like many the talent within the adult industry, he is also a successful entrepreneur having opened his own company Young Money Records," he said. "He’s an amazing addition to this year’s show and we look forward to having him.”
