As Kool Keith inches closer to unleashing his next album — the simply titled KEITH — he’s dropped f a second single called “Turn The Levels” to pacify his rabid fanbase.
Produced by Psycho Les (who crafted KEITH in its entirety), the hypnotic, bass-heavy cut finds Keith spitting in his signature stream–consciousness style as he narrates the things he encounters in everyday life.
In addition to “Turn The Levels,” Hip Hop’s resident eccentric has also released a Nottz-produced remix for “Zero Fux” featuring B-Real and Joell Ortiz.
For this particular track, Nottz appears to take a few notes from classical music with soaring keys and an overall symphonic feel.
