New York rapper Ja Rule has no problem clapping back at his longtime rap foe 50 Cent. The hip-hop veteran has reminded fans and Curtis Jackson alike he’s largely responsible for fusing rapping and singing.
Rule went to Instagram Wednesday (February 14) and credited himself for inspiring musicians like 50 to copy his style.
Ja actually referenced an interview 50’s son Marquise Jackson did last year where he credited him for influencing his style.
Earlier in the day, 50 Cent trolled Ja Rule with a hilarious “Power” meme.
Last month, Ja Rule turned into a trending topic after going on an anti-50 Twitter spree.
50 Cent made sure to respond to Rule with an IG post and simply said he buried him years ago.
