J. Cole & Bryson Tiller Sued For Allegedly Stealing "Déjà Vu" & "Change" Beats

New York, NY – J. Cole and Bryson Tiller have each been hit with a lawsuit for allegedly ripping f a music producer for his or her songs “Déjà Vu” and “Change.”

Producer G-Cash claims the rappers stole the beat f his 2013 single, “Shawty So Cold,” and filed a lawsuit in opposition to them, Sony Music, Roc Nation and RCA Data, for $150,000 per infringement plus an injunction to ban them from persevering with to prit f the songs.

“Déjà Vu” was included on J. Cole’s 2016 album four Your Eyez Solely and “Change” got here out a 12 months earlier on Bryson Tiller’s 2015 debut album Trapsoul.

G-Cash, often known as Gary Frisby, has been making this accusation since 2016 and uploaded a video on YouTube breaking down his tune and explaining the similarities.

On the time, Teck addressed the claims from each producers and G-Cash on an Instagram story, saying, “I made this beat on my own in my studio with no person’s assist.
