Gabrielle Union Says Friendship With Jada Smith Is Doing "Great" After 17-Year Feud

Gabrielle & Jada are on great terms.

Almost exactly a year ago, Gabrielle Union was a guest on Jada Pinkett’s Red Table Talk where the two hashed out their 17-year feud. The duo admittedly didn’t even know what sparked their tension but by the end the episode, they were on great terms, ready to begin their healthy friendship.

Gabrielle recently paid a visit to Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and discussed her current standing with Jada. “Yeah, we definitely text a lot more,” Gabrielle said, as seen in the video below. “It’s great, thank god! …It was such a dumb, silly thing that just kept going ’cause that’s life and we live on two separate coasts…but yeah, she’s awesome, she’s amazing.”

She added: “I didn’t even know that she is an artist. She is an amazing artist, so I’m like trying to forward all her artwork. But she’s a very good time. I enjoy her.”

Gabrielle and husband Dwayne Wade are proud new-ish parents their daughter, Kaa James, who they welcomed through surrogacy. Being a new mom and connecting with Jada who’s a mother four has probably humbled their relationship even more.
