If you want to own a piece Drake's history, you better start saving you money now. Drizzy's old notebook filled with pages handwritten lyrics is currently up for auction and may fetch $54,000.
The notebook includes multiple signatures with Drake's real name—Aubrey Graham—as well as his own version The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Ten Crack Commandments" called "10 Mack Commandments."
While it's uncertain when the notebook is from, Gary Zimet, owner Moments in Time, says the notebook was found in Drizzy's grandfather's furniture factory in Toronto about 10 years ago. It was reportedly almost thrown out before someone grabbed it and passed it along to Zimet, who plans to post it on his website for an ficial auction within the next few days.
Although the bars in the book appear to be from early in Drake's career, much his current style can still be seen in his raps. "I gotta better myself/I know I can't get ahead myself/I wrote the book/I prolly shoulda read it myself," he wrote.
In related Drake news, the "God's Plan" rapper recently lent his support to the growing movement calling for Stoneman Douglass High School coach Aaron Feis to receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the upcoming 2018 ESPY Awards.
Feis, who was shot and killed while shielding two students is reportedly a lock to receive the honor. When told that a number people were campaigning for Feis to receive the award, Drizzy said he agreed with the movement.
