As you get older, the idea talking toys loses its appeal. I mean, most Millenials probably still have some sort fear Chucky from Child’s Play but now, the murderous doll is not only coming for blood but our childhoods as well. Considering that the highly anticipated remake the classic horror film is set to hit theatres on the same day as the fourth installment the Toy Story series, Orion Pictures brilliantly trolled the Disney franchise with their theatrical poster for Child’s Play.

Although Toy Story will undoubtedly be a bigger box fice hit than Child’s Play, the horror film took aim at their competitors with their latest promotional tactic. The latest poster reveals Chucky walking away from what appears to be Woody’s deceased and battered body. Solely Woody’s iconic hat and part his arm shows while Chucky’s dirty sneaker is seen walking away from the scene the crime.

The poster shares a similar teaser to the initial teaser posters that Disney issued for Toy Story in November.

The Child’s Play remake gives a modern twist to a horror classic, bringing it into the 21st century. The film is set to star Aubrey Plaza, Gabriel Bateman, Brian Tyree Henry, and Mark Hamill as the voice Chucky. Keep your eyes peeled for both Toy Story 4 and Child’s Play.
