Cassidy is wanted by police after failing to appear for a court date. The Philadelphia MC was arrested back in November over possession marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The arrest went down in New Jersey, and Cassidy was meant to be appear in court last week. He never made it out.
Now, there’s a warrant out for his arrest.
The original arrest went down in the strangest possible location, Cassidy’s own driveway. He was allegedly sitting in the front seat his car in front his home in Jersey City when cops picked up the smell marijuana. They say they found him with marijuana and a grinder on his lap. They also said that he had a joint in clear view ficers on the dashboard.
