Air Jordan 11 Low IE "Black Cement" Revealed: First Look

This Air Jordan 11 Low IE carries a very familiar colorway.

All the way back in 1988, Michael Jordan was thinking leaving Nike for somewhere else. That was until Tinker Hatfield came along and showed him the designs for the Air Jordan 3. The shoe features elephant print and an inaugural “Black Cement” colorway that would go on to become one the most iconic models all time. Twenty-two years later, it appears as though Jordan Brand is looking to remix the “Black Cement” aesthetic with the Air Jordan 11 Low IE.

Thanks to the Instagram sneaker insider @zsneakerheadz, we have a brand new sneak peek at what this shoe will look like. As you can see, the shoe has the typical “Black Cement” look but on an Air Jordan 11 Low IE. It’s a very tasteful remix that will certainly have some collectors rushing to their wallets.

As for the release date, a placeholder July 9th has been set although there is a strong chance that this could change. With this in mind, stay tuned for updates as we will be sure to bring them to you.

Also, let us know in the comments below whether or not this is a colorway you would cop. Is it better than the original Air Jordan 3? Sound f in the comments.
