40 Glocc & The Game Reportedly Close To Reaching Settlement For 2012 Beatdown

The Game is reportedly ready to settle his debt with 40 Glocc.

According to The Blast, lawyers for the two rivals have engaged in settlement talks over the thousands dollars The Game allegedly owes 40. In 2016, 40 claimed he won a $196,335.15 judgment from a lawsuit against his longtime adversary.

That suit stemmed from their infamous altercation in 2012. The incident was recorded on video and led to the creation the website 40GloccGotKTFO.com, which still exists to this day.

40 sued Game again in 2017, accusing the Blood Money Entertainment founder setting up shell companies to hide money and dodge paying his debt. When the suit was filed, 40 sought the full amount won in the original judgment plus interest for a total $216,775.52.

A hearing in the case was scheduled to take place last Friday (June 28), but attorneys for 40 asked for it to be delayed and revealed they were discussing a settlement with Game’s representation. The next hearing has been rescheduled for August to allow both sides to work out a deal.
