Listen to a Snippet of A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s New Music

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has promised more a "party sound" for his next mixtape and based on a snippet a new song, it seems the Bronx rapper has been able to achieve that.

On Sunday (March 11), A Boogie shared a preview an upcoming track on Instagram. Showcasing the his signature melodic flow, A Boogie can be heard rapping, "Trust me, paparazzi that's the police" and "Everybody saying what they gone do but they just talkin'."

There's no word on when the song will drop but in January, A Boogie told XXL he was working on a new mixtape. "I got a whole bunch records, and I don't really like releasing one song at a time, even though I'm going to do it a few times," he said.

As for what kind sound listeners can expect on the project, the artist is aiming for more "turn-up" songs. "This time, it’s not an album, so I want more party vibes. My album, I made it how I wanted it to be. I wanted it to be a one through 13," A Boogie said. "You play and continue through the whole thing. The mixtape, I want just vibes, party vibes, turn-up songs with different melodies. Just have some fun with it. You never know who will be on there."

Last month, A Boogie teamed up with Tee Grizzley to drop the song "Became Legends." Produced by Helluva, the piano-heavy track finds the two detailing their journey to success. The rapper also linked up with labelmate Don Q for the "Somebody" video.
