New York rapper Lil’ Kim is making sure to put a little respect on a true music legend’s name. The Queen Bee has come forward to remember the life late soul icon Aretha Franklin.
This week, Kim went to her Instagram page with a throwback shot herself and the soul legend.
A few days ago, fellow New York native Nicki Minaj paid homage to Franklin on her Apple Music Queen Radio show.
Nicki also had her Queen Radio guest Alicia Keys pay her respects to Franklin.
According to Franklin’s publicist, she passed away Thursday in Detroit following days celebrity prayers.
