Trae Tha Truth links with A$AP Ferg for his new single, “Rock Out”, the first offering off Trae’s upcoming album, Crowd Control.
Courtesy of Tunnel Vision, the video spots the Houston and Harlem rappers flexing over MOXIIIDOUBLEDEE-production while hitting the streets, a car shop, and a jewelry store.
Trae raps, “I’m the coldest, I feel like I’m Freon / For my team, bitch, I feel like I’m Dion / All these lights on me bright like I’m neon / I was solid, them niggas were peon,” before Ferg checks in.
“Spent a hundred racks on this / I ain’t never been stacking my chips / I got landings at noon that I’ll flip / I just got a name back for my bitch.”
“Rock Out” is Trae Tha Truth’s first new music since last year’s Stuck In Motion LP. In February, he joined Bun B and Lil Flip on BigXthaPlug’s single, “Made In Texas“. Meanwhile, earlier this month, Ferg released his new single “MDMX” featuring Sheck Wes, his first in almost three years.
