The longstanding issue between Troy Ave and Mysonne reached another level over the weekend.
On Saturday (May 23), the two traded barbs on Twitter over the concept integrity, culminating with Troy insulting Mysonne’s mother and saying both “suck a dick.”

Mysonne relented a bit, contending he wouldn’t disrespect Troy’s mother but wishing all people Troy’s ilk got the coronavirus.
“You pathetic,” Mysonne tweeted. “As a real G I will never disrespect your mother. I pray for her tho.. Im just praying all your kinda niggas get Corona.. waiste Air.”

The latest internet sparring session between the two dates back to earlier this month when Troy responded on a comment a fan left about Mysonne’s activism and once more referenced the Bronx rapper’s 1999 conviction robbing cab drivers in his hometown.
“He need to activate his momma out the hood,” the BSB rapper tweeted. “Give ya EBT card to the fukin essential workers. go stand up for can (sic) drivers rights, and pay back that $63 dollars u stole Mice.”

Mysonne soon shot back, telling Troy how Tekashi 6ix9ine made telling “cool” and that his rival should go “get a check.”

The two have been at odds since 2017 when Troy made comments on The Breakfast Club comparing himself to Tupac Shakur following a shooting at New York’s Irving Plaza, which left his bodyguard dead. Mysonne took to Instagram to proudly proclaim Troy a “bozo” for even suggesting he was close to Pac.
“I wouldn’t be who I am if I didn’t come out and say Troy Ave is a fucking bozo,” he said in a video.

He later wrote, “I’m just tired the Bullshit, Us Real niggas trying to get out the Streets and these clowns trying to stay in Em. I’m sorry but I can’t peacefully co-exist with Suckers. Both men eventually released diss tracks. Troy shared “Press Spray” referring to Mysonne as a “dweeb” and Mysonne responded back with “Discipline,” which said the only thing his rival had in common with Pac was the fact they were both shot.
