Manhattan, NY – Tekashi 6ix9ine’s deal with the government has confirmed past allegations domestic violence against him.
According to Complex, a portion the controversial rapper’s cooperation agreement was made public for the first time on Tuesday (September 9) and revealed the crimes he confessed to committing. At a pre-trial hearing for two alleged members the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang members’ racketeering case, Judge Paul Engelmayer noted 6ix9ine “admits domestic violence from 2011 to November 2018.”
6ix9ine has agreed to testify against Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack in their upcoming racketeering trial. Jury selection begins next Monday (September 16).
As part 6ix9ine’s deal, the government has agreed to not prosecute him for multiple crimes, including domestic violence. Accusations his abuse also won’t be allowed to be brought up during the trial.
6ix9ine’s admission guilt comes after his ex-girlfriend Sara Molina, who’s the mother his daughter Saraiyah, accused him domestic violence earlier this year.
Molina told The Daily Beast she was beaten multiple times during their seven-year relationship and detailed specific examples his abuse. The duration their romance matches up with the timeline 6ix9ine’s domestic violence listed in his cooperation agreement.
