On Friday (October 26), Arrested Growth’s de facto chief Speech had the troublesome job letting the world know the Grammy Award-winning group misplaced its elder and an integral half band, Baba Oje. The 86-year-old handed away at four a.m. on Friday morning.

BABA OJE the elder from the 2x Grammy Award successful group ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT handed this morning at 4am after combating acute Leukemia, he was 86 years previous. Baba was the oldest member any hip-hop collective and his mere presence in rap spoke volumes for the style and for a technology in search of symbolic knowledge and solutions.
“He was an activist for the homeless, a navy veteran, a world traveler, non secular advisor to the group, strict vegan, dancer, vocalist and avid curler skater.
