ScHoolboy Q thanks Nipsey Hussle and Mac Miller in the liner notes his latest album.
ScHoolboy Q‘s fifth studio album has finally arrived. CrasH Talk has been in the works for a while but due to two untimely deaths in the hip hop community, Q pushed back the release date twice. The rapper opened up about the deaths Mac Miller and Nipsey Hussle yesterday but in the booklet CrasH Talk, the rapper penned emotional tributes to both rappers.

ScHoolboy Q previously spoke about how he didn’t feel it was right to pay tribute to Mac Miller and Nipsey Hussleon social media. Instead, he shared two heartfelt messages to both artists in the liner notes his new project.
“2 Mac. A song or an interview won’t explain How mucH a brutHa u was… love u and r last convo was all i needed, tHanks for everytHang,” he wrote to Mac Miller.
He shared a more detailed thank you to Nipsey Hussle, praising the Crenshaw rapper for the contributions to L.A. and being an inspiration to the inner-city youth.
“2 NIPSEY HUSSLE. Neva THougHt tHis day would come. THanks for wHat you done for tHis city. Us Growing up on different sides tHe fence neva cHanged THe way you carried yourself WHeneva we would meet. We neva called eacH otHer or texted but tHe respect I Had for u can run a maratHon. Wat u did for yo community speaks volume. you did wHat most us inner city kids dont wHen we get paid, u stayed!! U built !! And gave Hope to tHe people WHen you could’ve easily left. no longer will i ignore tHe Help my city needs. A man tHat was supposed to grow up Hating me cHanged my life for tHe better. Even more tHan music and for tHat tHank u isn’t enuff. I LOVE U and GOD NEVA DIE,” he wrote.
