Saint Rien continues his inspiring trajectory in music with the single “Like You,” dropped a few weeks after his solo debut, the politically-charged “Tell The Truth.” His eclectic cocktail of sounds displays a fine fusion between pop, Hip-Pop, Lo-Fi, and alternative, proving that the rising creative is in perpetual search for new, unexplored sonorities that give his music a truly unique feel among his peers.
Spending his time between LA and Nashville, the Australian artist and former key songwriter of the Australian band Storm The Sky, has announced he would be releasing a dozen singles as well as 2 EPs over the coming year, with “Tell The Truth” and “Like You” being the first and second singles unveiled to the public so far.
“Like You” is an autobiographical song about Saint Rien’s substance-filled journey, his inner-battle with self-acceptance and depression, but also the story of a guy who didn’t believe in love who found his soulmate years later.
What impresses with Saint Rien is both the quality of his songwriting and his innate abilities at composing a never-heard-before kind of music, driving inspiration from many artists and genres and transforming them into his own pure creations.
