Robert Kraft Spa Sex Tape Won’t Be Released Until Case Is Over: Report

Robert Kraft finally won one his legal battles.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been embroiled in a very public legal battle after it was revealed back in late February that he was one many men allegedly involved in a prostitution ring at the Orchids Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida. Kraft has since pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts first-degree solicitation.

A huge part this impending court case is alleged surveillance footage that actually shows Kraft engaging in sexual encounters with two masseuses at the spa. Both those masseuses have been arrested and charged in connection with the case. Meanwhile, Kraft and his legal team have been working tirelessly to make sure the tape doesn’t see the light day. Their argument is that the tape would impede Kraft from having a fair trial.

Well, today, it appears as though the judge has agreed with Kraft’s points as a protective order has been placed on the tape, according to TMZ. Essentially, the tape cannot be released until the case is done and over with as it would, in fact, sway public opinion.

Despite the decision, the tape can still be released afterward which Kraft surely can’t be a huge fan . Either way, this latest ruling is a big win for the Patriots owner.
