Pusha-T Teases G.O.O.D. Music Tour

A G.O.O.D. Music tour may be coming to a city near you.

According to Pusha-T, the hip-hop collective is inching closer to their long-awaited joint tour. “That’s what we’re trying to figure out right now, just how we’re gonna do it,” Push told Julie Adenuga during an interview on Beats 1.

According to Push, everyone is on board including Kanye. “I’ve already booked a tour, but you know I definitely see us doing this as a collective for sure, and not even by my word, by Ye’s I already see it happening.”

Before a G.O.O.D. Music tour happens, Pusha will launch his own “Daytona Tour,” starting July 31 in Denver.

During the interview, the G.O.O.D. Music president reiterated why Daytona is the best album the year. “A few different revelations have hit me, like who is putting out a Daytona 16 years into their career?” he said. “I really think I got album the year. Rap album the year for sure… When it comes to street, lyric-driven hip-hop, I don’t believe anyone else in this world can give you what I’ma give you, as far as the streets go. This is like articulate, high-taste level, drug luxury rap.”

Aside from his own album, he said Teyana Taylor’s K.T.S.E. is his favorite the June G.O.O.D. Music releases. “Teyana is my favorite,” he said. “I love R&B music. I love the writing that goes into R&B music, more so the writing when the writing’s like good and hits you right here. It’s dope, more so than the melodies for me.”
