Nicki Minaj is searching for a new management team.
Nicki Minaj is one the biggest stars in the world but she reportedly needs new management. According to Variety, Nicki and her longtime managers, Gee Roberson and Cortez Bryant and Blueprint/Maverick Management, have parted ways. Nicki’s been working with this specific team for the majority her career. Maverick Management’s have a diverse roster some the biggest names across all genres including Britney Spears, Ty Dolla $ign and more.
Nicki currently doesn’t have a manager but a source close to the situation said that the split was a mutual and amicable decision. Another source said that the split happened prior to this past weekend where she performed alongside Ariana Grande at Coachella. Hopefully, Nicki will find some new management soon.
The past year has been filled with ups and downs for Nicki Minaj. While she made her return to the game with the release her fourth studio album, Queen, she faced a ton criticism for various reasons. Her subtle back-and-forth with Cardi B ended up blowing up after the two rappers got into an altercation at New York Fashion Week.
