This week, Machine Gun Kelly has been partying it up with some his closest friends, tagging with Pete Davidson at a couple star-studded birthday parties. The young rapper turned 29-years-old and he wanted to make sure he made some memories, spending late nights with some the industry’s most popular characters. Among others, Halsey, Yungblud, Logan Paul, and more attended the festivities with a few rock legends coming out as well. Tommy Lee, who helped MGK out with his role in The Dirt, and Marilyn Manson were also at his party and one the gifts that Manson gave to the Ohio rapper is pretty shocking.

Manson appears to have kept one from his Halloween batch to gift to his buddy MGK for his birthday and the star seemed shocked to be receiving such a wild present. Kellz shared several photos from his party on Instagram, including the moment he opened the phallic fering from Marilyn Manson. His reaction, as you can see, was priceless.
