Mahaji, which means ‘new life,’ is a Broklyn, NY-based Hip-Hop artist behind the hit joint tited “Snowing” featuring Prvnci. The animated music video shot by Kyukai no Kanata counts over 6M views on YouTube alone.
Despite coming from an abusive family and background where death was no stranger, this immensely skilled artist has found the faith and strength to rise above mortals and prepare himself for greatness through music.
After undergoing a phase of bitterness, anger and frustration, Mahaji remembered, as he says “The songs I would write but never record and the poetry I would write but never speak.”
That’s when he teamed-up with closest friend Prvnci to build a studio and started making music, gaining a small but solid following at the time.
