12-year YouTube chief business officer Robert Kyncl has confirmed his plans to depart the Google-owned company early next year.

WME has promoted four individuals to agent in its music division: Justin Edwards (who joined WME in 2017), Mary Hannon (a six-year WME veteran), Phoebe Holley (whose WME tenure initiated in 2019), and Matt Smith (who’s been with the business for four years).

Exactuals co-founder and CEO Mike Hurst is transitioning to chairman, and roughly 10-year president and COO Bryan Walley has replaced him as the company’s head. Additionally, former Big Machine exec Lindsay Conlin has been elevated to SVP of revenue.

Elektra Entertainment has upped former Red Bull Records marketing professional Katie Robinson to SVP of marketing, and Adam Ruehmer (previously director of fan engagement and digital marketing for Warner Records) is now senior director and head of digital marketing.

FiXT has brought on former Encore higher-up Dave Hansen as A&R manager.

iHeartMedia has named Michael Burger (who signed on with the company six years ago) market president for Raleigh, whereas Cox Media vet Leon Williamson has become iHeart’s VP of sales for Indianapolis.
