RCA Records

RCA has promoted ByStorm Entertainment CEO Mark Pitts to president, in addition to tapping six-year company veteran John Fleckenstein to serve as chief operating officer (COO).

Joe Riccitelli, who became RCA co-president in 2018, “will depart the company and provide transitional services to continue his work with key projects.”

Mint Talent Group

Mint has hired former AEG exec Isabel Brougham to serve as head of marketing, while David Limentani, formerly of Nimbleslick Entertainment, is set to join the company’s agent ranks.

Additionally, Mint has signed six new artists (aside from acts brought over by Limentani) and named Ruler Branded Entertainment CEO Amanda Levine a strategic branding partner.

Ingrooves Music Group

Ingrooves has promoted nine-year higher-up Lloyd Hummel from senior vice president (SVP) to executive vice president (EVP) of global commercial strategy.

Milk & Honey Management

Milk & Honey manager Nic Warner, who joined the company when it debuted in 2014, has become a partner.

Primary Wave

Former United Talent Agency manager Natalia Nastaskin will become Primary Wave’s partner and chief content officer (CCO) on February 1st, 2021.

Peloton

Three-year Wave team member Nicole St. Jean has become Peloton’s senior director of music partnerships.

WME

Former CAA agent Aaron Tannenbaum has joined WME’s Nashville division as a partner,
