Kodak Black’s Border Arrest May Have Ramifications On His "Sexual Assault" Case

Kodak Black’s arrest alerted ficials in South Carolina to a potential bond violation dating back to 2017.

According to TMZ, Kodak Black‘s recent US-Canada border issues could produce dire repercussions close to home in South Carolina. Last week, Kodak claimed he took a wrong turn at the border crossing due to the incomprehensible effects a GPS navigator; he was reported missing by his entourage soon thereafter. The “Florida Man” was travelling to meet the requirements a Boston concert booking when it all went down. Authorities were obliged to make his arrest after finding contraband in his Cadillac Escalade.

As it turns out, the Florence County Solicitor’s Office caught wind Kodak’s ill-conceived border crossing and wants a piece the action too. Officials in the principality are reviewing their preexisting dossier on Kodak to see if he violated a bond agreement that was made in April 2017 over a lingering sexual misconduct case in the SouthEast state.

As you know, Kodak Black was indicted back in April 2017 after being accused sexually assaulting a teenage girl in a South Carolina hotel. Within days, Kodak Black secured a $100,000 bond allowing him to avoid any further imprisonment/punishment up to this critical juncture. Kodak’s arrest close to the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge has no correlation with his actions in South Carolina. It does however set bells in the National Registry – better left untouched by an individual with such a spotty rap sheet.
