Walmart’s been on some straight bullsh*t this week. It all started when a viral photo from Walmart’s website made rounds on social media revealing that the major corporation had jacked the logo Lil Baby‘s 4PF to create replica chains. Shortly after, Jackboy hit the ‘Gram where he said that they were also selling knock-f Sniper Gang chains. Unlike Baby, Jackboy took to his platform to publicly threaten Walmart with legal action.
Per TMZ, Kodak Black‘s lawyer has issued a statement on his client’s behalf regarding the fake Sniper Gang chains. “We have been aware the situation and have prepared a cease and desist letter to Walmart and the seller on the Walmart website,” Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s lawyer, said. However, in the case that Walmart and the third-seller party don’t comply, Cohen said they’ll move forward with taking both parties to court.
“If Walmart refuses to recognize that the seller is not a licensed authorized dealer Sniper Gang products, we will be proceeding with a lawsuit against both Walmart and the unauthorized seller,” Cohen added.
Meanwhile, Walmart has responded to Kodak’s frustrations and said that they will be removing the items from their store. They confirmed that the fake Sniper Gang chains were also coming from a third-party seller.
