Kanye West Pays Tribute To Donda West During Mother’s Day Sunday Service

Kanye West delivers a beautiful tribute to his mother during Sunday Service.

Kanye West is hosting a very special edition  Sunday Service for Mother’s Day. The rapper’s late mother, Donda West, played a major role in not only his life but his career as well. The rapper paid homage to his mother during his recent Sunday Service event where he was intro’d with a live rendition Tupac’s “Dear Mama.” Later on, the rapper performed a rendition his song, “Hey Mama” f  Late Registration with his eyes closed for the majority the song. The rapper’s latest edition Sunday Service is currently being streamed live. The rapper’s livestream is being filmed through the same type fisheye lens he used at Coachella a few weeks ago.

This year, Mother’s Day arrives just days after he and his wife Kim Kardashian welcomed their fourth child together. Kourtney Kardashian announced that Kim and Kanye’s surrogate was in labor during an appearance on Ellen’s show. Kim Kardashian later confirmed the news on social media.

With another edition Kanye’s Sunday Service being livestreamed, it’s necessary to mention that the rapper has apparently been seriously considering launching his own church. The inspiration behind it stems from the amount support and attention his Sunday Service events have been getting. “It wouldn’t be the traditional, 3-hymns-and-a-sermon thing. Instead, it would be a way to point people to Jesus through the arts and through a community people who love and care for each other. He also wants his kids to be raised in faith, and the best way for him to do that is to live out his faith,” a source close to ‘Ye said about the idea the artist launching his own church.
