Juelz Santana was sentenced to twenty-seven months in prison.
At the beginning this year, Juelz Santana was sentenced to spend a total twenty-seven months behind bars after he was sentenced to crimes related to his arrest at the Newark airport. The rapper was found with guns in his luggage and when he realized he was about to get caught, he bolted out the airport without his personal belongings. He left his wallet, passport, and more behind and afterwards, Juelz was arrested. He began his sentence in March and he will be forced to spend approximately the next two years in prison. He seems to have made friends quickly though, posting a picture himself and his crew on Instagram today.

The Dipset member uploaded a photo to his social channels today that shows him crouching with five his friends posing behind him. The comments section is filled with positive wishes for Juelz, including a message from his partner Kimbella. Some his fans have remarked that he’s looking much healthier these days than when he was busted at the airport, noting that his drug use may have been sinking him into a deep hole.
Hopefully, when Santana gets out, he’s able to get back into the studio to work on some more classic tunes. We’re still waiting on that collab with Lil Wayne!
