Los Angeles, CA – It seems Jordan Peele and the horror subgenre continues to be a wedding made in macabre heaven.
The Hollywood Reporter has realized that the Academy Award-winning Get Out director would be the new narrator/host CBS’ The Twilight Zone reboot.
“Rod Serling was an uncompromising visionary who not solely make clear social points his time, however prophesied points ours,” Peele tells the publication. “I’m honored to hold on his legacy to a brand new technology audiences because the gatekeeper The Twilight Zone.”
Initially narrated by Rod Serling, the long-lasting sci-fi sequence first hit tv again in 1959 and would go to carve a legacy by changing into a metaphor for all issues bizarre. Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions and Simon Kinberg’s Style Movies will government produce the Twilight Zone remake alongside Win Rosenfeld, Audrey Chon, Carol Serling, Rick Berg and Greg Yaitanes.
