Brooklyn, NY – As one the primary MCs on wax, Jimmy Spicer is a bona fide Hip Hop pioneer. Within the early ’80s, the Brooklyn native launched a number of singles underneath the steering Rush Administration, together with “Adventures Tremendous Rhyme” and “Cash (Greenback Invoice Y’all).”
Established by a younger Russell Simmons, Rush Administration had three artists on the time: Kurtis Blow, Orange Krush and, course, Spicer.
